This policy explains what Sediment Labs, Inc. ("we") collects through silently.sh and the waitlist, and what we do with it. It does not cover the Silently device or any service that comes with it.
1. What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter.
Our hosting provider also processes standard request data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
2. How we use it
We use your email address to manage the waitlist and to send you updates about Silently and the technology behind it, such as news, research and launches. You can opt out at any time. We use request data to run and secure the site.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. Netlify hosts this site and stores waitlist sign-ups for us, and may process that data in the United States and other countries. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it or we no longer need it for the waitlist or updates.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you, at any time using the contact below. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law.
6. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
